Our RMT (Registered Massage Therapy) Massages involve the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress.  Our Registered Therapists are educated and trained to accurately assess and treat with techniques that include massage, manual therapy, joint mobilization, and rehabilitative exercise such as stretching, strengthening, postural exercise and patient education.
