Brentwood Bay Resort is designed for adults seeking a tranquil atmosphere, and is therefore not recommended for children under 16. It is a non-smoking environment. Pets are not allowed. Please take a moment to review our reservation and cancellation policies.

• Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out 11:00 am
• Confirmed reservations require a deposit for the first night's room & tax by credit card and is non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival
• Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures will result in total stay charges
• We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express
• Rates are based on double occupancy (up to four guests in OceanVillas)
• Rates are subject to 13% tax
• Terms and rates are subject to change without notice
• A credit card preauthorization will be required at check-in
• Pets are not allowed
